Our cabins are situated just ¼ mile from the east arm of Grand Traverse Bay (Lake Michigan); the newly renovated Bayside Park is perfect for a day at the beach. Or head over to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (pictured) for an unforgettable experience.

From your cabin, enjoy direct access to the Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) with a beautiful bridge over the Acme Creek connecting the KOTI property. The TART provides non-motorized access (bike/walk/etc.) to downtown Traverse City and beyond to the Village of Sutton’s Bay.

“A Charming and Cozy Retreat in Traverse City! This modern retreat exceeded all expectations and provided the ideal getaway in Traverse City. From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by how stylish and thoughtfully designed the space was. The clean lines, sleek decor, and open layout created such a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making the space both functional and beautiful. I was also impressed with the location—just a short drive to downtown Traverse City, but far enough out to feel like a private retreat. The quiet, tranquil setting was perfect for recharging, but I was still close to all the best spots in the area. If you’re looking for a sleek, modern escape with all the comforts of home (and then some), this place is a must. I’ll definitely be back to recharge and enjoy this beautiful spot again!”
